Barista

We are looking for Barista to join our cafe team. You will prepare high-quality specialty coffees and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean espresso bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (espresso, lattes, specialty coffees, V60 and teas) to cafe standards.
• Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and handle cash/card payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked coffee station and dining area.
• Operate and clean coffee grinders, espresso machines, and other equipment daily.
• Answer customer questions about our menu and recommend drinks or pastries.
• Prepare daily inventory, cash counts, and sales reports for the head office.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or coffee shop.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and basic latte art.
• Friendly, energetic personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
