Barista

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and other beverages.
• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and other drinks as required.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and beverage equipment.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, presentation, and quality standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and professional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, counter, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, FIFO, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Check and maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, fruits, and other beverage ingredients.
• Minimize wastage and report damaged, expired, or low-stock items to the supervisor.
• Follow opening, closing, cleaning, and shift procedures and perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Pay: RO150.000 - RO180.000 per month
