Barista

The Job

We are currently looking for Barista applicants for a Cafe restaurant Jumeirah.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to customer specifications.
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
• Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and handling transactions.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and equipment.
• Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Stock and replenish inventory, such as coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a friendly attitude.
• Upsell products and educate customers on coffee options, beans, and flavors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Barista: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
