PIM PAM is a small specialty coffee shop in Anjos, Lisboa — beans roasted locally, a busy takeaway counter.
What you'll do: run the bar with full autonomy — open, close, dial in espresso, steam milk you're proud of, and keep service moving during rush.
What we're looking for: solid specialty coffee experience (grinder dialing, latte art, workflow under pressure), comfortable working soloor in a team, and ideally as serious about matcha as about espresso.
Details: flexible schedule to be agreed, daytime only. Portuguese is a plus but not required — English works. You must have the right to work in Portugal. Interview coffee is on us.
