专业咖啡技能标准

1. Proficient in operating La Marzocco commercial espresso machines, fully capable of daily maintenance, cleaning and group head upkeep.

熟练操作辣妈商用咖啡机，可独立完成整机日常保养、清洁、冲煮头维护全套流程。

2. Able to adjust grind size and extraction parameters independently according to coffee beans of different origins and roast levels to balance espresso flow rate and flavor profile.

可依据不同产区、不同烘焙度咖啡豆，独立调校研磨粗细与萃取参数，把控浓缩流速、平衡风味。

3. Skilled in full pour-over workflows with V60, flat-bottom drippers and other brewing tools; master blooming, segmented pouring and water temperature control to consistently deliver clean, well-balanced pour-over coffee.

熟练使用V60、蛋糕滤杯等器具完整制作手冲咖啡，掌握闷蒸、分段注水、水温控制，稳定出品口感干净、风味均衡的手冲。

4. Competent in cold brew production: capable of adjusting ratios and steeping time, managing cold storage, tweaking cold brew flavor profiles, and creating signature drinks with cold brew base.

精通冷萃制作：可调配粉水比例、把控浸泡时长、规范冷藏储存，调试冷萃风味，使用冷萃基底制作特调饮品。

5. Supplementary basic requirements: consistent milk steaming \& basic latte art, bar inventory counting, daily espresso calibration, compliance with bar SOPs, and basic training for new staff.

附加基础要求：稳定打奶、基础拉花、吧台库存盘点、每日咖啡机校准、严格执行吧台标准流程、简单新人带教。

6. ⁠Customer-oriented, good communication skills, can serve customers politely during peak hours.

具备服务意识，善于沟通，高峰期可以有序接待顾客。

7.⁠ ⁠Maintain cleanliness of coffee station, equipment daily cleaning \& routine maintenance.

保持吧台整洁，完成设备日常清洁与基础养护。

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
