Barber Qualifications

• Valid barber license (if any)
• Previous experience cutting and styling hair
• Knowledge of different hair types and styles
• Ability to perform fades, tapers, beard trims, and shaves
• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication and listening skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients about desired hairstyles
• Cut, trim, shave, and style hair and beards
• Recommend grooming products when appropriate
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Keep the workstation clean and sanitized
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage appointments and walk-in customers
• Experience with modern and classic haircut techniques
• Beard grooming expertise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
