Bar Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. Duties

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly to customers
• Take orders accurately and process payments using the till system
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including organising stock and glassware
• Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times
• Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
• Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required
• Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
• Good organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• A responsible attitude towards alcohol service, including understanding legal requirements for serving minors and intoxicated guests
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn new skills
