Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies and other bakery products
Develop and maintain consistent recipes and product quality
Ensure proper food preparation, hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Manage ingredients, production quantities and minimize wastage
Support the development of new bakery products and recipes
Creative, hardworking and detail- oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
