Key Job Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build, test, and maintain scalable mobile and web applications using Node.js or the PHP Laravel framework.
• Technical Leadership: Provide high-level guidance and professional mentorship to junior backend developers.
• Full-Cycle Participation: Actively contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Waterfall and Agile methodologies through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous unit and functional testing to ensure applications meet established user requirements.
• Code Excellence: Produce highly stable, functional, and performance-optimized source code.
• System Integration: Design and develop robust APIs created for seamless synchronization with mobile platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Credentials: Minimum of a Professional Certificate, Diploma (Advanced/Higher/Graduate), or a Bachelor’s/Post-Graduate/Professional Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a closely related field.
• Work History: At least 3 years of verified experience in a relevant capacity as a Node.js or PHP Laravel Backend Developer.
• Linguistic Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English.
• Technical Expertise: Significant proficiency in Node.js, PHP Laravel, or a combination of both frameworks.
• Core Competencies: Advanced skills in the structural design, implementation, testing, and complex troubleshooting of applications.
• Operational Flexibility: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks efficiently within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
