The most important point is that the candidate should already understand Thai government and tax procedures, rather than being purely an office administrator.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle daily Bangkok office administrative and back-office work
- Maintain company documents, contracts, licenses, permits and records
- Coordinate with Thai government departments
- Handle documentation related to TAT / tourism licensing
- Coordinate with Revenue Department / tax matters
- Coordinate with external accountant / auditor / tax consultant
- Prepare and submit required company documents and forms
- Maintain tax invoices, receipts, withholding-tax documents and payment records
- Assist with VAT and corporate tax documentation
- Maintain employee/staff documentation and government-related paperwork
- Coordinate with banks, government offices, suppliers and service providers
- Track renewal dates for licenses, permits, registrations and company documents
- Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems
- Support management with reports and compliance documentation
- Handle confidential company information professionally
