We are now building our Taiwan branch office and are looking for our first International B2B Marketing Manager. This role is based in Taiwan, but its scope is international from day one.
Tasks
Our current priority is to further expand our existing European customer base and market presence. In the next phase, we plan to scale more actively into Asia and the Americas.
Therefore, we are looking for someone who understands international B2B marketing and knows that communication styles, buyer expectations, decision-making processes and sales channels differ between Europe, Asia and the Americas.
As we grow, you will take operational ownership of international marketing execution and gradually help build a scalable marketing function together with our German headquarters.
Your Role \& Team Evolution
This is initially a hands-on role. You will create content, coordinate campaigns, update website content, support product launches and improve our international marketing execution.
At the same time, this is a growth role. As the next step in building our Taiwan marketing team, we plan to add a dedicated Content Specialist who can support areas such as content production, graphics, video and web maintenance. This will allow you to increasingly focus on campaign planning, lead generation, market development and strategic coordination.
To support your onboarding, you will receive dedicated in-person onboarding in Taiwan and are expected to visit our German headquarters to get a better understanding of how we work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international B2B marketing campaigns
- Support the further expansion of WEROCK’s European market presence through content marketing, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, Eurostaffs, PR, tradeshows and sales enablement
- Create and coordinate multi-language marketing content, including product pages, landing pages, newsletters, Eurostaffs posts, brochures, case studies, press materials and sales documents
- Adapt technical product features into clear commercial benefits and convincing marketing messages for B2B customers
- Manage and publish website content via WordPress, focusing on content maintenance and page updates; deep backend or server administration is not required
- Research competitors, customer segments, distributors, industry trends and market requirements
- Coordinate with designers, video creators, freelancers and future local team members
- Work closely with the German headquarters on brand, messaging, product positioning, campaign priorities and marketing processes
- Help build scalable marketing structures for the new Taiwan branch office
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, industrial technology, electronics, hardware, automation, manufacturing, logistics technology or another technical B2B environment
- Experience with international marketing or working with customers, partners or teams from different regions
- First experience with European markets, European B2B customers or European business culture is highly preferred
- Strong English writing skills, especially for professional B2B content such as product pages, campaign copy, newsletters, case studies or sales material
- Practical experience with WordPress or another CMS for day-to-day content management
- Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Eurostaffs, email marketing and lead generation
- Ability to translate technical product features into clear customer benefits for industrial buyers
- Structured working style and ability to manage multiple projects independently within an existing tool and process environment
- Hands-on mindset: you are ready to write texts, update content and execute campaigns yourself while the Taiwan marketing team is being built
- Comfortable working with a German headquarters and an international team across time zones
- Occasional international travel (e.g., to attend trade shows)
Nice to Have
- Experience with DACH, EU or UK markets
- Experience with European distributors, system integrators, industrial customers or B2B sales channels
- Experience with industrial computers, rugged hardware, embedded systems, barcode scanners, IoT, automation or similar technical products
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, ERP or newsletter tools
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Affinity or similar design tools
- Experience coordinating external designers, freelancers, agencies or content creators
- German language skills are a plus, but not required
- Experience working for or with European companies
