Originality.ai is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own the revenue-focused side of our marketing engine.

Role Description

This is a hands-on role focused on paid acquisition, landing pages, CRO, funnel analytics, and growth experiments. We are not looking for someone who only manages agencies. The right person should be comfortable personally building campaigns, writing ad copy, reviewing performance, testing landing pages, and finding ways to improve conversion.

You will be responsible for driving measurable business growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Google Ads
  • Paid Social (Meta, Reddit, Tik Tok)
  • Landing pages and product page conversion
  • CRO tests across the website and signup funnel
  • Growth experiments to improve signups, activation, and revenue
  • Marketing analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
  • Sales/CS enablement support where it helps conversion

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and other relevant channels
  • Create and test ad copy, creatives, landing page copy, and conversion-focused messaging
  • Improve campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, and tracking
  • Work with design and product to ship landing pages and CRO tests
  • Track CAC, ROAS, payback, signup conversion, trial-to-paid, and revenue contribution
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and turn insights into practical growth experiments
  • Support product launches, pricing/packaging tests, comparison pages, and sales/CS enablement where they impact conversion.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a role for someone who only:

  • Manages agencies
  • Creates strategy decks without executing
  • Reports on performance without improving it
  • Waits for others to decide what to test

Not Responsible For:This role will NOT be responsible for Brand, Content and Community Marketing initiatives such as content marketing, communications, social media, conferences, ambassadors, influencers and related Brand and Community marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years in growth, performance marketing, demand generation, or paid acquisition
  • Hands-on Google Ads experience
  • Hands-on paid social experience, ideally Meta, Reddit, TikTok, or Eurostaffs
  • Strong understanding of CRO, landing pages, SaaS funnels, CAC, ROAS, payback, and attribution
  • Experience in SaaS, PLG, prosumer SaaS, B2B SaaS, or another digital subscription business
  • Comfortable working with designers, developers, product, content, and CS teams
  • Strong bias toward testing, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, Webflow

Roll Details

  • Full Time
  • Salary Range 95,000-120,000, Including Revenue Share
  • 40hrs/week
  • Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $95,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
