Our Story
The Praguery brings a unique Dessert Café concept to North America with a simple mission: Create unforgettable memories through real ingredients and flavours.
Founded in 2017 by Jaroslav Mestka in Vancouver, BC, The Praguery began as a vibrant food truck inspired by the street desserts of Prague. What started as a local hit has since grown into a full-fledged dessert brand expanding into brick-and-mortar cafés that serve freshly baked chimney cakes, house-made soft-serve, and delicious artisan coffee.
From day one, our commitment has been to high-quality ingredients, in-house production, and unforgettable taste. Whether it's a festival visit or a cozy café experience, The Praguery delivers comfort, creativity, and a little sweetness in every bite.
