Position: AV Technical Presales / Solution Architect

Role Overview

AV Technical Presales / Solution Architect is a key technical resource supporting sales teams by designing innovative and customized solutions. This role addresses client requirements, ensures technical feasibility, and delivers expert guidance to enable successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze client requirements to propose tailored solutions across AV domains, including networking, digital signage, video conferencing and Unified Communication System .

· Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, technical proposals, and detailed documentation.

· Conduct engaging presentations, live demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions for clients.

· Address technical queries and provide guidance during the presales phase to build trust and confidence with clients.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition and implementation of solutions during project delivery.

Stay updated with the latest developments in AV domains, including networking, digital signage, video conferencing and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of AV, and Security Surveillance systems, including networking, VoIP, video conferencing, Unified Communication System, and digital signage.
• Familiarity with leading vendor solutions in the areas of AV domains, including networking, digital signage, video conferencing, Unified Communication System.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio for creating technical layouts and schematics is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AV, Unified Communication System, Video Conferencing System presales or technical roles.

Key Metrics: Client satisfaction, timely and accurate proposals, and successful collaboration with sales teams.
