Job Description:

Are you interested in the Automotive Industry? CarHub North York Chrysler has a position available immediately for an Automotive Photographer / Inventory Coordinator. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our dynamic team.

The primary focus of this position is taking vehicle photos outdoors (year-round), editing and posting them online along with details/highlights about the vehicles.

The position includes creating work orders and managing incoming inventory.

Must haves:

Photography knowledge:

· Basic photography knowledge

• Proper lighting
• Framing/composition
• Consistent angles
• Interior/exterior vehicle shots
• ability to use DSLR or mirrorless cameras

· Basic photo editing

• Cropping
• Resizing
• Color correction
• Background cleanup (sometimes)

Technical / Computer Skills

• Uploading photos to Inventory platforms \& Marketplace websites

·Familiarity with tools like:

• Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop
• Inventory systems such as: Vauto

Understanding image file formats and optimization for web:

• JPEG/PNG
• Compression
• Resolution sizing

Workplace Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (very commonly required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to move vehicles safely around the lot
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather
• Time management and attention to detail

Education:

· Photography certificate

· Media/marketing coursework

· Automotive knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
