Auto Electrician

3x Auto Electricians required immediately by A1 Car Audio Limited based at 2/16 Moa Street, Otahuhu, Auckland.

Due to growth in business and customer base, we are urgently looking for the right persons to fill this position.

ROLE

We are currently looking for three Auto Electricians with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will provide exceptional, reliable service to our clients, with a great attitude. You will be responsible for:

§ completing all types of electrical services on vehicles

§ diagnosing electrical faults in motor vehicles and small engines

§ dismantling engines and electrical systems

§ Repair and replacing electrical parts on vehicles as required

§ installing electrical equipment and electronic components in motor vehicles

§ testing and adjusting electrical systems and parts after repair for proper performance

§ installation of vehicle electronic systems such as stereos, cameras, GPS tracker and car security alarms.

§ Be able to comply with any pre-employment checks and drug testing.

§ Be willing and able to follow all Health and Safety requirements.

§ Be willing to work flexible hours and on the weekends if required..

PAY AND CONDITIONS

· Full-time permanent position.

· Have at least 2 years’ experience in auto electrical work or have relevant qualification in auto electrical work equivalent to level 4 on the NZ register or a higher qualification.

· Minimum hourly rate: $ 32 per hour

· Maximum hourly rate: $ 60 per hour

· Minimum hours: 30 hours per week

· Maximum hours: 70 hours per week

· Monday to Saturday – Estimate start 7.30 am to 5.00 pm finish. But may change as per roaster.
