Role Purpose
The Wealth Planning Assistant (Junior) role supports the WPFOIS team by delivering accurate, timely, and compliant Trust establishment for Wealth Planners’ and insurance post sales servicing. The role focuses on day-to-day processing and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and operational support to ensure smooth Trust establishment and policy servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Trust Establishment Administration
- Collation of information from Front Office for Trust Establishment.
- Preparation of documents for Trust Establishment.

Follow through process to submission for Trust Establishment, including Vistra company incorporation and coordination with Trust Manager to ensure Trust Inception.

Insurance Post Sales Administration
- Support post-sale servicing including preparing insurance review packs and ad hoc policy changes.
- Data keeping of insurance review completion and preparation of reports relating to insurance review.
- Maintain Master policy file.

Liaise with insurers and FO to ensure policy changes are completed.

Digital Tools \& Process Support

Use approved digital tools (e.g. DBS-GPT, Copilot, SharePoint) to support daily tasks.

Event \& Team Support
- Provide administrative and logistical support for WPFOIS events and internal activities.
- Coordinate assigned tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder (Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fields preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn Trust and insurance concepts, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Comfortable working with documentation, trackers, and digital tools.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and responsible work attitude.
Success Measures
- Accuracy and timeliness of Trust pack documentation and submission.
- Adherence to service standards and compliance requirements.
- Responsiveness to internal stakeholders.
Consistent completion of assigned tasks and training.
