JOB MISSION:
The Associate Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and activating Trade Marketing campaigns for key and strategic accounts, across both physical retail and online environments within the Iberia market.
The role must ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to continuously optimize the consumer experience and deliver excellence in both sell‑in and sell‑out.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Key Account Management
Identify opportunities, gaps, and specific needs for each retailer. 2.CampaignPlanning\&Activation
Plan and implement campaigns aligned with local, regional, and global key stories.
Ensure correct use of brand visual identity across all touchpoints (physical and digital), in direct coordination with the Iberia Visual Merchandising team. 3.CollaborationwithSales \&RetailTeams
Work closely with Sales and Retail teams to align Trade Marketing strategy with key account plans and own‑channel strategies, ensuring that all activities enhance the consumer experience, complement each other, and ultimately drive sales.
Support sell‑in processes with tools, narratives, and brand materials. 4. Budget \&LaunchTools Management
Manage the marketing budget for key partners, ensuring efficient use of spend and resources.
Oversee launch and campaign tools, ensuring availability of best‑in‑class assets. 5.Omnichannel\& Digital Marketing
Ensure consistency of the omnichannel consumer journey, both online and in‑store.
Coordinate digital initiatives and innovations with partners and e‑commerce platforms. 6.Reporting\& Performance
Analyze campaign results: ROI, rate of sale, sell‑through, and key learnings.
Provide regular updates on activity, market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
University degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
High level of English. BENEFITS:

El Associate Trade Marketing Manager es responsable de la planificación, ejecución y activación de campañas de Trade Marketing para las cuentas clave y cuentas estratégicas, tanto en retail físico como en entornos online, dentro del mercado de Iberia.
El rol debe asegurar una coordinación fluida entre los equipos de ventas, marketing, ecommerce y retail para optimizar continuamente la experiencia del cliente y asegurar un sell-in y sell-out de excelencia.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILDADES:
1. Gestión de KeyAccounts
Detectar oportunidades, gaps y necesidades específicas de cada detallista. 2. Planificación \& Activación de Campañas
Planificar e implementar campañas alineadas con los historias clave locales, globales y regionales.
Asegurar el uso correcto de la identidad visual de marca en todos los puntos de contacto (ya sean físicos o virtuales) en coordinación directa don el equipo de Visual Merchandising de Iberia. 3.Colaboración con Equipos de Ventas yRetail
Trabajar junto a los equipos de ventas y retail para alinear la estrategia de trade marketing con los planes de cuentas clave y canales propios, asegurando que todas las actividades mejoren la experiencia del clienteel recorrido del cliente, se complementen entre sí y, en última instancia, impulsen las ventas.
Apoyar los procesos de sell-in con herramientas, argumentarios y materiales de marca. 4. Gestión de Presupuesto \& Herramientas de Lanzamiento
Administrar el presupuesto de marketing del los socios clave, buscando eficiencias en gasto y recursos.
Gestionar las herramientas de lanzamiento y de campaña y asegurar disponibilidad de assets best-in-class. 5.Omnichannel\& Digital Marketing
Asegurar la consistencia del consumer journey omnicanal, tanto online como instore.
Coordinar iniciativas digitales e innovaciones con partners y plataformas e-commerce. 6.Reporting\& Performance
Analizar resultados de campañas: ROI, rate of sale, sell-through y aprendizajes clave.
Proporcionar actualizaciones regulares sobre actividad, mercado, competencia e insights del consumidor. REQUISITOS:
Formación universitaria en Marketing, Business o similar.
Nivel alto de inglés. COMPENSACIÓN Y BENEFICIOS:
