Job Description

Are you passionate about trade marketing? We are looking for Trade Marketing professional who will help bring the creativity, imagination and fun of LEGO® play to more kids, families and shoppers in the market.

The role will be responsible for supporting marketing processes with a team using retailer and LEGO® brand insights to create, develop, execute and measure retail marketing activations and materials. If this is you, then please apply!

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, negotiate, and implement permanent in-store branding solutions within defined accounts in the Brick-and-Mortar channel, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams, while aligning with regional and global partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including creative agencies and production suppliers, to deliver high-quality in-store materials on time and within budget.
  • Analyze the performance and impact of permanent in-store branding solutions, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
  • Ensure excellence in execution at the point of sale by working closely with Sales teams to monitor implementation and compliance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in trade marketing.

Trade Marketing team is a part of PUB (Poland, Ukraine, Baltics) Marketing team, mainly responsible for shopper experience and BTL activation in Brick-and-Mortar channel. It cooperates closely with Brand, Digital and Sales teams to deliver consistent and strong activations on LEGO brand, aiming to deliver yearly and monthly business objectives.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven track record of work experience in trade marketing
  • Experience in managing permanent in-store visibility (permanent materials on shelf, shopper experience in store) and working in cross-functional teams and external agencies (briefing, coordination, execution)
  • Advantage: Space Planning program knowledge
  • Ability to create positive environment and partnership relations with external/internal partners, good negotiation and persuading skills
  • Fluent verbal and written Polish and English

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position has a range from 148 437,00 zł - 222 655,00 zł based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational set-up. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law when determining the salary. \ A bonus scheme with a target Bonus of 12,5% of the annual base salary is in place for this position as well as a standard benefit package .The comprehensive remuneration details, incl. benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
