Fifth Dimension is an AI-native enterprise software company transforming how the world's largest real estate investment managers work. We automate complex document workflows, extract structured intelligence from unstructured data, and provide professionals with an AI workspace that replaces manual processes with 98% accuracy, where horizontal AI tools typically deliver 60–70%.
We're a global company with offices in London, New York, and Singapore, backed by leading American and European investors. Our founders, Johnny Morris and Dr. Kate Jarvis, bring a powerful combination of deep industry expertise and cutting-edge AI leadership. Johnny has spent more than 18 years applying data and analytics to real estate, while Kate holds a Stanford PhD and has 12 years of executive experience across Silicon Valley and London.
Our values are simple:
We are demanding and encouraging in equal measure. We experiment, challenge each other, and ship daily.
You write Claude Code before breakfast.
You have three side projects nobody asked for, all of them automating something that used to take an hour. When a new model drops, you've already broken it, rebuilt it, and posted about it before lunch.
You don't see AI as a tool you use. It's the way you think.
You don't know much about commercial real estate yet. That's fine. We'll teach you.
What we can't teach is the itch, the one that makes you automate a boring task instead of doing it twice.
If you have that, keep reading.
You'll be the engine room of pre-sales in Singapore, working directly with an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer who will mentor you closely.
Your job is to produce, automate, and maintain the assets that help us win deals. You'll build demo environments, create video content, manage our growing asset library, and constantly find ways to make the team faster through AI and automation.
This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and work at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and commercial real estate.
Day to day, you will:
Monday
A major demo is going out later in the week. You're inside Claude building a custom AI workspace using a prospect's portfolio, leases, and operational data. By lunchtime you've got a working draft and a shortlist of questions for your mentor.
Tuesday
You turn yesterday's demo into a two-minute video for the library. Then you realise several older videos are now outdated, so you build a script that automatically identifies content referencing deprecated features.
Wednesday
A senior engineer needs a side-by-side comparison showing our lease abstraction accuracy against a general-purpose AI tool. You build the comparison, automate the workflow, and learn what a lease abstract is in the process.
Thursday
Live demo day. You're not presenting yet, but much of what's on screen exists because you built it. Afterwards, you cut the recording into reusable content and publish it to the library.
Friday
The demo library is growing quickly. You've been quietly building the system that keeps it organised: tagging, version control, naming conventions, and dashboards showing stale content. You share it with the team and make everyone's life easier.
You're probably fresh out of university or in your first couple of years of work.
You love building things with AI. You learn by doing. You'd rather create something useful than spend weeks talking about it.
This isn't a traditional corporate graduate role. You'll work closely with experienced operators, take ownership early, and help build the systems that power our Singapore go-to-market effort.
It's an opportunity to learn an industry, sharpen your technical skills, and discover how good you can become when you're surrounded by people who move fast.
Most first jobs give you a narrow slice of responsibility and tell you to stay in your lane.
This role is different.
You'll own critical assets from day one. You'll work directly with experienced pre-sales professionals. You'll spend every day building with AI and automation in ways that directly impact revenue.
You'll become fluent in commercial real estate, enterprise software, and technical sales while helping shape how one of the most AI-native companies in the industry operates.
Tailored support for exceptional challenges. This looks different for everyone, but can include contributions to:
If Own It, Ship It, and Don't Be Boring resonate with you, we'd love to hear from you.
Show us what you've built.
