MAKO is one of Stryker’s leading Orthopaedics product. Used in joint replacement surgeries, it is a SmartRobotics arm that allows surgeons to have a more predictable and efficient surgical experience. Our MAKO Product Specialists are trusted advisors – training and supporting surgeons in planning and executing such surgeries, ensuring better patient outcomes.

What You Will Do:

  • Train towards earning the requisite certifications in different MAKO applications within the stipulated period.
  • Provide case coverage as well as standby as Clinical Specialist to scrub in for joint replacement cases
  • Drives account growth by working with key hospital staff, thought leaders and referring doctors to develop a referral base and increase procedure volume.
  • Provide training and Clinical/Technical support to surgeons and hospital staff.
  • Pre-operative CT scans planning and CT segmentation.
  • Support processes including case booking, documentation, reporting, billing, etc.
  • Participate in training and sales \& marketing activities as needed.
  • Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per Stryker’s quality system.
  • Collaborate with sales \& clinical team to deliver high standards of service \& quality care to patients.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related Science fields.
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in Sales, Customer Service or Technical support roles.
  • Scrub tech experience is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Passionate about healthcare and providing high standards of quality and service to customers.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to be on-call on weekends / public holidays based on team roster.
  • Require own transport and willingness to travel.
