Associate Dentist — Burlington, Ontario

DentalEdge Burlington is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who enjoys building trust with patients and delivering thoughtful, high-quality general dentistry. You will work alongside a supportive team and dedicated hygiene staff in a fully digital clinical setting. We are looking for a confident, patient-focused clinician who is ready to contribute to a positive practice culture and grow with the clinic.

Your Role

• Deliver comprehensive preventive, restorative, and general dental care
• Create clear treatment plans and communicate options confidently with patients
• Build lasting patient relationships through compassionate, professional care
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and the wider clinical team
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical documentation and patient care

What You Bring

• Current RCDSO registration and good standing
• A minimum of three years of experience practicing as a dentist
• Strong clinical judgment and a patient-first approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Experience with Akitu One is an asset, but not required
