Duties and Responsibilities

Research and Development:* Lead a world class research program in Cybersecurity, * Design, develop, and experimentally evaluate novel robust cybersecurity systems. * Produce high-impact research published in leading journals and conferences in Cybersecurity. * Lead the creation of technical demonstrations showcasing cybersecurity capabilities in local and international forums.

Leadership and Supervision:* Build and lead multidisciplinary teams of students, junior researchers, and senior researchers. * Supervise BSc, MSc, and PhD students, fostering world-class research outcomes. * Set strategic research directions and manage lab personnel and resources.

Academic Contributions:* Teach one graduate course per academic semester in their area of expertise. * Publish high-impact research in top-tier international academic conferences and journals. * Deliver technical workshops and seminars for industrial and academic audiences.

Collaboration and Outreach:* Promote partnerships and collaboration with local and international organizations and industry partners. * Represent KINDI at global events, symposiums, and demonstrations. * Secure and manage research grants from national and international agencies.

Qualifications 1-Education and Degree Requirements Ph.D. / Doctoral Degree and M.Sc. in a relevant research domain (computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, etc.) from an internationally recognized university. 2-Research Experience and Contributions* Expert knowledge in the field of cybersecurity. * Experience in cybersecurity consulting. * Proven publication track record in the following areas related to emerging topics in AI and cybersecurity, including but not limited to: * Malware analysis * Digital forensics * Cyber-physical systems security, including critical infrastructure * Post-quantum cryptography * Secure and robust artificial intelligence * Artificial intelligence for cybersecurity * Cyber-threat intelligence * An outstanding research profile in cybersecurity, which demonstrates: * Evidence of active research, service, and scholarly activities. * Record of research accomplishments, including publications in high-impact venues. * Expert knowledge in the field of cybersecurity. * Experience in supervising research work of graduate and undergraduate students. * Knowledge of current trends in professional practices in the field. * Ethical behavior, professionalism, interpersonal skills, leadership, and management abilities. * Ability to effectively interact with other colleagues in the institution as well as with external institutions and funding agencies.

3-Teaching Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory. 4-English Proficiency: The Candidate demonstrates proficiency in the language and technical skills required for the position Required Documents Applicants must submit:
