As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role across the district, leading teams, driving results, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You’ll bring your creativity to life through merchandising, oversee store operations, and support in building high-performing teams across multiple locations.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven retail management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to keep operations running smoothly
• A creative eye for merchandising and the ability to adapt to constantly changing product ranges
• A passion for coaching and developing others, with a strong focus on team growth and engagement
