WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be the friendly face leading our teams as they serve and sell to customers at one of the Wellington, North City, Queensgate, or Kapiti Spark locations.

As an Assistant Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting your Store lead with Leading the store in the delivery and performance of our targets (strong commercial acumen).
• Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture
• Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
• Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools)
• Able represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do.
• Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback
• Supporting and driving to Spark's Unified Frontline vision and purpose
