Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager/Senior Sales Executive

Requirement \& Experience:

Educational / Professional qualifications required: -

• Degree in Marketing or Food Science/Tech or any other related field

Experience required: -

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and food manufacturers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns.
• Setting and achieving sales targets, providing guidance, support as needed.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Willingness to travel within the region to meet with customers.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
