Assistant Retail Manager – Toy Station (Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and hands-on Assistant Retail Manager to support daily store operations, lead retail teams, and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

* Support the Retail Manager in overseeing daily operations of multiple stores.

* Supervise store managers and sales teams to ensure company standards are maintained.

* Monitor sales performance and work with stores to achieve monthly targets.

* Ensure excellent customer service across all locations.

* Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.

* Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stores are well presented.

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

* Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.

* Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

* Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, health \& safety, and mall requirements.

* Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

* Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and special events.

Requirements

* 3+ years of retail management experience.

* Experience supervising multiple retail locations is an advantage.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to motivate teams and drive sales performance.

* Good understanding of KPIs, inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.

* Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules when required.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with retail POS/ERP systems is a plus.

* Fluent English is required. Russian or Hindi is an advantage.

* Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
