  • Execute customer service hospitality from open greeting to closed greeting according to SOP
  • In-charge of Floor Management coordinating People, Equipment, Product
  • Adhere to Cash Management and Policy
  • Crisis management \& Customer service management (Handling customer feedback)
  • Accountable In Inventory Management (Ordering stock \& Waste Management)
  • Accountable in People Management related to Scheduling and e-Attendance
  • Maintain Quality, Service \& Cleanliness standard
  • Follow ALL SOPs compliance
  • Act as a coach to crew member related to service \& kitchen knowledge and skill

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM Holder
  • 18 years old and above
  • Must be a Malaysia Citizen

  • SPM / STPM (Preferred)
