- Execute customer service hospitality from open greeting to closed greeting according to SOP
- In-charge of Floor Management coordinating People, Equipment, Product
- Adhere to Cash Management and Policy
- Crisis management \& Customer service management (Handling customer feedback)
- Accountable In Inventory Management (Ordering stock \& Waste Management)
- Accountable in People Management related to Scheduling and e-Attendance
- Maintain Quality, Service \& Cleanliness standard
- Follow ALL SOPs compliance
- Act as a coach to crew member related to service \& kitchen knowledge and skill
