Assistant Restaurant Manager — Caribbean Concept

This position is for a Riyadh Season Event — a high-profile, large-scale seasonal entertainment and hospitality event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, running on a 6-month contract basis.

A hospitality group participating in the event is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations for a Caribbean-concept restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure service standards are met
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• Help maintain the Caribbean dining concept and guest experience
• Step in to manage operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
• Strong guest service and team leadership skills
• Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia
