Assistant Nursing Supervisor - Registered Nurse (Female)

Infinity Home Care is looking for an experienced female Registered Nurse who can support the Nursing Supervisor.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Traveling to patients’ homes with physicians’ for patient assessment.
• Operational Management: Assisting with daily patient flow, staffing ratios, and resolving immediate operational or clinical crises to maintain high-quality care
• Staff Development: Mentoring new and junior nurses, coordinating educational sessions, and actively participating in onboarding.
• Quality \& Compliance: Auditing clinical documentation, monitoring infection control metrics, and implementing patient safety initiatives
• Conflict Resolution \& Feedback: Conducting performance evaluations, facilitating one-on-one meetings, and addressing any grievances to improve the workplace environment
• Administrative Duties: Managing time-off requests, approving schedules, and procuring medical supplies to keep the department running efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is mandate.
• DOH, DHA License mandate.
• Active listening skills and empathy.
• BLS certificate mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Only Female candidates will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
