The Assistant Director of Nursing role is a key Nursing leadership role and as such the post holder is central to the delivery of the Louth Hospitals, and Dublin North East Region Strategy and national nursing strategy. This will include; contributing to the development of key process and outcome standards and objectives, the development of Key performance indicators and monitoring of same, and adopting a leadership role in quality assurance programmes.
