DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Management
- Develop, plan and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
- Oversee daily social media operations including content posting, message replies, comment moderation and community engagement.
- Collaborate in building monthly content calendars, promotional campaigns and creative direction aligned with retail seasons, festive events and supermarket promotions.
- Work closely with designers, videographers and copywriters to produce high-quality multimedia content reflective of supermarket offerings, lifestyle visuals and brand identity.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and new digital features to ensure the brand remains current and competitive.
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
2. Digital Campaign Support
- Assist in planning, executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Support campaign optimization through A/B testing, audience refinement, budget monitoring and content variations.
- Coordinate campaign assets and ensure all advertisements align with brand guidelines, promotional timelines and supermarket marketing objectives.
3. Content \& Creative Support
- Assist in developing compelling copy for social media posts, digital ads, email newsletters, website banners and in-app content.
- Coordinate and support photo/video shoots for supermarket products, promotional items, fresh foods and lifestyle content.
- Organize and maintain content libraries, digital assets and creative materials for easy access and future use.
4. Analytics \& Reporting
- Monitor KPIs across social media, website traffic, digital campaigns and online engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Provide actionable insights to improve digital engagement, campaign efficiency and customer conversion rates.
5. Brand \& Community Building
- Engage with customers, online communities, influencers and partners to strengthen brand relationships and promote supermarket brand loyalty.
- Support the identification, negotiation and management of influencers for digital campaigns, product promotions and branding initiatives.
- Ensure brand voice, messaging and visual identity are consistent across all digital channels and communications.
6. Administrative \& Coordination Tasks
- Manage project timelines, content approval workflows and digital marketing calendars.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Retail Operations, Customer Service, Merchandising, PR and Creative teams to align marketing activities.
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies, including brand awareness, customer engagement and promotional push for weekly retail campaigns and festive seasons.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok).
