Assistant Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Assistant Civil Engineer to support our project team in planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing civil engineering and construction works safely and efficiently according to project specifications and Singapore standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating civil engineering and construction activities to meet project objectives
• Supervise site operations to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and verify compliance with project specifications
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and documents to identify and resolve issues
• Coordinate communication and workflow with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain project continuity
• Prepare detailed progress reports, site records, and project documentation for stakeholder review
• Assist in measuring quantities, planning materials, and supporting project cost estimation
• Monitor work progress against project schedules to identify delays and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and project requirements
• Support Project Engineer and Project Manager with additional project-related tasks as needed
