Art Director

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the creative and artistic execution of architectural model projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 3D animation, graphics, architectural visualization, or a related creative field, along with excellent leadership and project coordination skills.

The Art Director will oversee the production team and ensure that architectural models meet the required standards for quality, accuracy, creativity, finishing, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

✓ Lead the artistic direction and visual quality of architectural model projects.
✓ Review architectural drawings, client requirements, and project specifications before production.
✓ Supervise and guide Fabricators, Painters, Landscapers, and Finishing Teams.
✓ Coordinate with Project Managers to plan workloads and meet project deadlines.
✓ Conduct regular quality inspections and provide final approval of completed models.
✓ Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and implement feedback.
✓ Approve materials, finishes, colours, lighting, landscaping, storytelling, and presentation techniques.
✓ Resolve creative and production challenges while maintaining quality and efficiency.
✓ Mentor team members, support performance development, and identify training needs.
✓ Recommend new materials, techniques, and production methods to improve creativity and efficiency.

Requirements

✓ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
✓ 4–5 years of relevant experience in 3D Animation, Graphics, Architectural Visualization, or a related creative field.
✓ Experience in architectural model making or physical model production is an advantage.
✓ Strong understanding of materials, colours, finishes, and presentation techniques.
✓ Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design concepts.
✓ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
✓ Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar software is an advantage.
✓ Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
✓ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
✓ Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
