Responsibilities
- lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-powered automation,
- assess business processes and prioritize high-value use cases for Microsoft Copilot Studio,
- design enterprise-grade architectures for Copilot Studio solutions, including integrations, security, governance, and scalability,
- build proof-of-concept and production-ready AI agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform,
- integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure AI Services, REST APIs, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems,
- define architecture standards, governance models, ALM strategies, and best practices,
- establish reusable frameworks, templates, and components to accelerate solution delivery,
- mentor developers, business analysts, and citizen developers through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives,
- act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI strategy, platform adoption, and continuous improvement,
- stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform,
- strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents),
- proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI agent or chatbot solutions,
- extensive experience with Power Automate for workflow orchestration and integrations,
- strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure, Entra ID, and enterprise integration patterns,
- experience integrating with REST APIs and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow,
- solid understanding of architecture governance, security, authentication, ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps practices,
- experience leading workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating them into technical solutions,
- sxcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences,
- fluent English.
