Architect & Interior Designer

We are looking for an Architect \& Interior Designer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in architectural and interior design. The candidate should have a good understanding of design, 3D visualization, and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior design concepts.
• Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Create 3D models and realistic renders.
• Coordinate with the site team and follow up on project execution.
• Visit project sites when required.
• Understand client requirements and develop suitable design solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the project team.
• Make sure the final execution matches the approved design.
• Make changes and updates to drawings based on project requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Corona Renderer.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and interior design.
• Experience with site coordination and execution.
• Creative with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet project deadlines.

نبحث عن مهندس معماري ومصمم داخلي للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.

يُفضل أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال التصميم المعماري والتصميم الداخلي، مع معرفة جيدة بالتصميم، والتصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد، وتنفيذ الأعمال في الموقع.

المسؤوليات

• إعداد مفاهيم وأفكار التصميم المعماري والداخلي.
• إعداد الرسومات ثنائية الأبعاد والمخططات والرسومات التفصيلية.
• إعداد النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد والإخراج الواقعي للتصاميم.
• التنسيق مع فريق الموقع ومتابعة تنفيذ المشاريع.
• زيارة مواقع المشاريع عند الحاجة.
• فهم متطلبات العملاء وتقديم حلول تصميم مناسبة.
• التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين وفريق المشروع.
• التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للتصميم المعتمد.
• إجراء التعديلات والتحديثات على الرسومات حسب متطلبات المشروع.

المتطلبات

• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
• إجادة استخدام AutoCAD و3ds Max وCorona Renderer.
• معرفة جيدة بالرسومات المعمارية والتصميم الداخلي.
• خبرة في التنسيق ومتابعة التنفيذ في الموقع.
• الإبداع والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
• مهارات جيدة في التواصل والعمل ضمن فريق.
• القدرة على تنظيم المهام والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للمشاريع.
