Architect Design Engineer

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of previous experience in same field.
• Meeting with the client to understand their requirements in line with the code and building regulations, and translating them into designs and plans that serve their needs.
• Submitting applications on Balady Platform and issuing building permits, including:
• License renewal
• Status settlement
• Modification and addition
• New permits
• Ownership transfer
• Certificate of completion of construction
• In addition to following up on applications with the Municipality or the relevant authority.
• Design by Using AutoCAD – Any other projects programs (Revit, 3d max, etc.) is a plus
• Design \& construction background
• Good negotiation skills
• Leadership skills
• Planner \& strategic thinking
• Innovative Problem Solving
• Reporting \& recommendation skills
• Managerial skills and decision making

Pay: ﷼1,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
