Duties

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and other CAD software to produce accurate plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to refine project scope, design intent, and technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications that adhere to local building codes and regulations.
• Utilize visualization tools such as 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch to create compelling presentations and renderings that communicate design ideas effectively.
• Oversee project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
• Conduct site visits during construction phases to monitor progress, ensure design fidelity, and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Engage in negotiation with vendors and contractors to secure materials and services that meet project standards while maintaining cost efficiency.

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros), Grasshopper 3D, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite for design development and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and experience managing architectural projects from concept through completion.
• Excellent negotiation skills for vendor relations and contract discussions.
• Skilled in project management tools and methodologies to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Hands-on experience with joinery details and interior finishes to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
