Job Title: Arabic Female Social Media Manager – Aesthetics Clinic

Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 13,000 per month (Depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly experienced Arabic Female Social Media Manager to join our premium aesthetics team. In this role, you will not only manage our digital presence but also act as the creative director behind our content execution.

You will lead organic growth strategies, supervise production days, collaborate closely with our production and performance marketing teams, and leverage your existing industry network to elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy \& Management: Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Organic Growth: Create and curate high-converting organic content explicitly designed to drive reach, viral potential, follower growth, and deep audience engagement.
• Content Capture: Confidently handle end-to-end content capture, utilizing both mobile phones and professional cameras to shoot high-end visual assets.
• Shooting Day Supervision: Plan, storyboard, and completely supervise content shooting days to ensure a smooth workflow and premium output.
• Team Coordination: Direct and follow up with the Videographer, editing, and post-production teams to guarantee timely delivery of top-tier content.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Follow up closely with the Media Buyer to review the performance of organic creatives used in paid ads and continuously optimize visual assets for better ROI.
• ✨ PR \& Influencer Management (Highlight): Build, cultivate, and maintain strong direct relationships with PR agencies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and beauty influencers in the UAE.
• ✨ Model Coordination (Highlight): Maintain and utilize an active, ready-to-shoot network of models to streamline content production and treatment demonstrations.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Demographics: Arabic-speaking Female (Required for content targeting and brand representation).
• Industry Experience (Mandatory): Proven, verifiable experience working within the Aesthetic or Dermatology.
• Social Media Track Record: Strong portfolio demonstrating previous success in growing organic reach and audience engagement for beauty/medical brands.
• Technical Skills: Excellent hands-on camera and mobile phone shooting skills, with a keen eye for lighting, composition, and premium lifestyle/clinical aesthetics.
• Network: Possess an existing, accessible network of models and established relationships with local influencers.
• Project Management: Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage timelines, cross-functional teams (videographers, editors, media buyers), and fast-paced shoot schedules.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
