ARAB ASSISTANT CATERING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Hotel or equivalent
  • 8 years in Catering/5-star hotels (5 yrs Asst CO Manager)
  • Fire Warden Training/Certified First Aider Training/Minimum food safety level 4 certification/ISO 22000 certified internal auditor/Minimum HACCP level 4 certification
  • Qatar Drivers License mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Catering/5-star hotel (5 yrs Asst Manager): 8 years (Required)

Language:

  • Arabic (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Fire Warden Training (Required)
  • Certified First Aider Training (Required)
  • food safety level 4 certification (Required)
  • HACCP level 4 certification (Required)
  • ISO 22000 certified internal auditor (Required)
