We are seeking a highly skilled Application Development Manager & Full-Stack Developer to lead application development initiatives while actively designing, developing, and maintaining modern web and enterprise applications. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on software development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee application development projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality through testing and continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Full-Stack Development
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web and enterprise applications.
- Build responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Develop secure and scalable back-end services using technologies such as .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
DevOps & Cloud
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
- Manage cloud-based applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
- Support infrastructure automation using containers and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Architecture & Innovation
- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure application architectures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure applications comply with organizational security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and process automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 2–5 years of experience leading software development teams.
- Strong experience with full-stack development technologies.
- Proficiency in:
- Front-end: React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Back-end: .NET/C#, Java, Node.js, or Python
- Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- APIs: REST, GraphQL
- Version Control: Git
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with serverless computing and cloud-native development.
- Experience with application security and secure coding practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, AWS Certified Developer, Scrum Master, PMP) are an advantage.
