Interns will be embedded in the ServiceNow Practice team at Fujitsu Asia Pte Ltd, contributing to real enterprise IT service management (ITSM) projects for clients across government agencies and the private sector.

Key activities:

• Set up and explore a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
• Study real client use cases across government agencies (e.g. HR, IT, finance workflows)
• Rotate through BA, Developer, Tester and Consultant roles across the full SDLC
• Gather requirements, design solutions and build working features in Agile sprints
• Conduct quality assurance (SIT & UAT) on own and peer deliverables
• Explore and configure AI-powered ServiceNow features (Now Assist, Virtual Agent)
• Present weekly demos and a final showcase to leadership
• Sit and pass the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) examination
• Compile technical handover documentation

Requirements

• Pursuing a diploma in IT or relevant
• Self-motivated; willing to learn independently via Udemy / Now Learning platform
• Must pursue and attempt the ServiceNow CSA certification during the internship
• Comfortable participating in daily Agile standups and sprint ceremonies
• Strong written English for documentation and client-facing artefacts
• Prior exposure to any ERP, ITSM or enterprise platform is a bonus
