You will work closely with transformation project leads, functional teams, and senior stakeholders to analyse data, support decision-making, streamline processes, and provide general administrative and analytical support for strategic transformation projects. Accountability Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Business Analysis \& Insight Conduct detailed analysis of data, business processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities. Develop business cases and benefits models to support change proposals. Translate complex data and findings into actionable insights and presentations for senior leaders. Maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to track progress against key transformation KPIs.
2. Process \& Technology Transformation Map “as-is” and “to-be” business processes; identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities. Support technology-enabled transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP, CRM, data platforms, workflow tools). Collaborate with IT and functional teams to gather and validate business requirements for system changes or enhancements. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), change documentation, and rollout planning.
3. People \& Change Support Support engagement and communication plans for transformation activities Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder interviews. Track actions, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Transformation Lead and project managers.
4. Governance \& Reporting Maintain programme documentation and help ensure adherence to governance standards Support preparation of transformation steering committee packs and progress reports. Ensure data integrity and version control for transformation documents, logs, and trackers.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role within a transformation or change environment. Experience documenting requirements, processes, and workflows using standard BA tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Experience supporting enterprise transformation programmes (ERP, CRM, data, or digital transformation). Knowledge of change management principles or frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Exposure to HR, Finance, or Operations transformation initiatives.
