What you’ll be doing

As part of the Risk Analytics and Insights Decision Support Team, you’ll provide comprehensive data management and information delivery expertise and drive effective decision making, operational efficiency and business performance analysis. You’ll develop and deliver data, reports and dashboards from our data warehouse environment, and constantly strive to increase business intelligence for our internal clients. You will contribute to the improvement of our data warehouse databases and to the quality of our data.

As a Risk Analytics Consultant, you will proactively identify opportunities within delinquent portfolio operations where data management techniques can be effectively applied to achieve core business objectives and act as a report and information dashboard lead on small to large development projects.

How you’ll succeed

  • Develop Report and Dashboards - actively contribute to the development of useful data, reporting and analytics from our Business Intelligence environments with informative reports, data feeds and business intelligence dashboards.
  • Business Support - ensure that the service delivery by the Decision Support team maintains and improves the client experience and liaise with multiple departments and internal clients to establish collaborative relationships, provide your data and information delivery expertise and to advance decision making and business intelligence.
  • Data Warehouse Environment Support - ensure information and reporting meet clients requirements and maintain up-to-date documentation of all metadata and processes.

Who you are

  • You can demonstrate experience in working with procedural languages, relational databases and web page development languages.
  • It is an asset if you have experience with ORACLE SQL, PL/SQL, Alteryx and Databricks.
