Key Accountabilities

  • Own inventory and replenishment policies across .com distribution centres , including targets, segmentation, prioritisation , and constraints.
  • Represent the local region in monthly inventory flow planning, including governance of Weeks of Supply (WOS) targets and capacity assumptions.
  • Define and govern allocation, netting logic, replenishment frequency, and fulfilment prioritisation across .com DCs.
  • Own the inventory submission process in o9, including WOS uploads, assumptions, scenario framing, and alignment with Retail Planning .
  • Manage capacity, storage constraints, and operational limitations within planning processes.
  • Oversee daily plan execution and exception management
  • Identify inventory and fulfilment risks and opportunities, driving corrective actions to improve service, availability, and inventory health.
  • Monitor fulfilment KPIs including service level, backlog, inventory health, and availability performance.
  • Partner with Retail Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, IT, Category Management, Marketing, and Promotions to ensure execution alignment and inventory-led commercial planning.

Our primary role is to provide outstanding allocation and logistics services to internal customers within our organization. The Allocation and Inventory department is responsible for managing the flow of goods for our business. Therefore, ensuring excellent customer service and a comprehensive understanding of the entire LEGO Retail business is crucial for our success. We are committed to delivering results in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in retail, eCommerce, DC, or omnichannel allocation and replenishment at a managerial or senior level.
  • Strong expertise in inventory management, replenishment planning, fulfilment operations, and capacity / constraint-based planning.
  • Proven experience using automated planning tools such as o9, Blue Yonder, SAP, or Anaplan.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, resolve cross-functional trade-offs, and make high-impact decisions under time pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills across commercial, supply chain, and operational teams.
