About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Systems \& Automation Engineer to build, improve, and take ownership of our company’s AI systems.

You will turn business needs into working solutions, connect tools and workflows, fix bugs, and keep the overall system running reliably. We need someone who understands how everything fits together and can implement practical solutions quickly, without unnecessary complexity.

What You’ll Do

• Build and implement: Develop AI tools, automations, integrations, and internal applications that solve real business problems.
• Own the overall system: Maintain a clear overview of our AI infrastructure, connected platforms, data flows, and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot and fix: Investigate bugs, resolve failures, and address root causes to prevent recurring issues.
• Connect our tools: Integrate AI capabilities with existing software, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
• Deliver quickly: Turn ideas into usable solutions, test them, launch them, and improve them based on feedback.
• Keep systems reliable: Set up monitoring, manage access securely, and maintain clear documentation.
• Improve continuously: Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, simplify processes, and improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience building and maintaining AI-powered systems, automations, or software integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, databases, and cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or similar tools.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to understand unfamiliar systems quickly.
• The judgment to choose simple, effective solutions and recognize when custom development is needed.
• Clear communication, independent execution, and a strong sense of ownership.

What Success Looks Like

Useful solutions reach the team quickly. Systems are stable and easy to maintain. Bugs are resolved promptly, recurring problems are addressed, and there is a clear understanding of how the entire AI setup works.
