AI Solutions Engineer (Microsoft AI \& Power Platform)

Your tasks

The AI Solutions Engineer drives AI strategy, governance, and solution delivery for the organization using mainly the Microsoft ecosystem. This role blends strategic leadership \& consulting with hands-on AI engineering, focusing on Power Platform + Generative AI/LLM integrations and AI agents. You will shape the AI roadmap and build impactful AI solutions that align with business goals.

YOUR TASKS

AI Strategy \& Solution Design

Support and shape the AI roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead workshops, identify high-value use cases, and act as a trusted advisor on applying AI (including agent-based solutions). Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Platform Governance

Develop and maintain scalable governance for AI and Power Platform (environment strategy, security, ALM, CoE). Ensure compliance, quality, and responsible AI usage. Enable and coach citizen developers to build secure, scalable solutions.

Solution Engineering \& Delivery

Design, build, and deploy AI solutions end-to-end—from requirements to architecture, development, and production. Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents (e.g. Copilot). Build automations and backend integrations (Power Automate, Microsoft Foundry), ensuring high quality, reliability, and scalability. Integrate with enterprise systems (e.g. M365, SAP).

Enablement \& Adoption

Promote modern AI tools and support users in leveraging them effectively to improve processes and drive adoption.

Your profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
• Strong experience in AI solutions delivery and/or consulting
• Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft AI stack (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure/Foundry)
• Solid backend, integration, and automation skills
• Experience with agile delivery and full solution lifecycle ownership
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

Technical Expertise

• AI \& LLMs (GPT integrations, prompt engineering, AI agents)
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, governance)
• Backend \& Cloud (APIs, automation, Azure / Microsoft Foundry)
• Quality \& DevOps (testing, CI/CD, monitoring)

Nice to Have

• Conversational UX and automation design
• Experience coaching citizen developers
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse)
