We are seeking a highly autonomous AI Product Manager (PdM) with a robust software engineering background.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business needs and global engineering capabilities.

You will redefine large-scale corporate workflows (AS-IS/TO-BE) assuming AI integration,

manage cross-border sprint cycles, and ensure sustainable technical adoption up to production metrics.

[Key Responsibilities]

・Requirement Definition \& BPR: Formulate next-generation, AI-native business operational flows (AS-IS/TO-BE) and draft granular functional specifications.

・Global Development Management: Direct cross-border engineering teams (domestic/overseas), mitigating technical constraints while supervising feature implementations.

・Implementation \& Adoption Support: Partner with enterprise clients post-deployment to architect operational workflows, calculate ROI, and refine performance tracking.

・Pre-Sales Strategy \& Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with pre-sales leads to design high-value pitches and manage expectations across multi-tiered stakeholder networks (C-suite to end-users).

今回の募集では、技術的な制約や可能性を深く理解（エンジニア経験必須）した上で、

ビジネスの要件定義から国内外のエンジニアを巻き込んだグローバル開発マネジメントまでを主導していただける

「AIプロダクトマネージャー（PdM）」をお迎えします。

【仕事内容】

AIを活用した新業務プロセスの策定から、国内外のエンジニアとの開発マネジメント、

実装・定着支援まで、プロジェクト全体のライフサイクルを牽引していただきます。

・要件定義・業務再設計（BPR）： AI技術の活用を前提とした、新業務プロセス（AS-IS/TO-BE）の策定、およびシステム要件の定義。

・グローバル開発マネジメント： 国内外のエンジニアと密に連携し、技術的制約を考慮しながら実装をディレクション。

・実装・現場定着支援： 開発して終わりではなく、実際の運用設計や効果検証（ROIの算出等）までクライアントに伴走。

・提案設計・ステークホルダー調整： プリセールスと連携した提案設計、および経営層を含むマルチステークホルダーとの期待値調整・合意形成。

[Requirements]

・Engineering Roots: Solid professional experience as a Web Product/Software Engineer (Hands-on coding/architecture history is mandatory).

・Product Leadership: Proven track record in Product Management or Technical Project Management (Owning target setting, milestone mapping, and sprint cycles).

・Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to navigate and align goals across fragmented vendor, internal, and client ecosystems.

・Languages: Japanese: Fluent / Native level (JLPT N1 required for deep executive negotiations in Japan).

[Preferred]

・Deep architectural understanding of machine learning pipelines, MLOps, or data warehouse solutions (BigQuery/DWH).

・Domain knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP), predictive analytics, or optimization models.

・Business-level English for direct collaboration with international engineering hubs.

必須要件：

・Webプロダクトの開発経験（エンジニアとしての実務経験をお持ちの方）

・プロダクトマネジメント、またはITプロジェクト管理の実務経験（目標設定、マイルストーン策定、タスク管理の一連のサイクルを自ら回した経験）

・経営層、現場、社内外の技術チームなど、マルチステークホルダーとの利害調整・推進経験

・日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（JLPT N1以上必須）

歓迎要件：

・AI（機械学習）プロジェクトにおける要件定義、およびモデル運用（MLOps）の理解

・データ基盤（DWH/BigQuery等）を活用したプロダクト設計・データ利活用の経験

・自然言語処理（NLP）、予測モデル、最適化モデルなどに関する知見

・エンタープライズ規模の事業における、大規模な業務プロセス再設計（BPR）の経験

・英語：ビジネスレベル以上（グローバル開発チームとのコミュニケーションがより円滑になります）

総労働時間：1ヶ月あたり160時間

フレックスタイム制·コアタイム:13時00分〜16時00分

基本給：年俸 700万円 〜 1200万円
