What does an AI Post-Production Editor do at WPP Production?

As an AI Post-ProductionEditor, you will be at the forefront of transforming ideas into captivating visual narratives. Collaborating closely across multidisciplinary studio capabilities with the team to refine and enhance edits to create high-quality content that delivers clear and engaging storytelling.

Responsibilities

• General editing, basic color correction, motion graphics, and basic sound editing.
• Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with the team to bring creative concepts and story visions to life.
• Ensure pacing, tone, and storytelling align with the intended creative vision and brand guidelines.
• Edit and assemble raw material into polished content across multiple formats and platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
• Advising producers and post producers with information on postproduction pipeline to ensure we deliver a professional and accurate quote so that projects are brought in on time and within budgeted parameters.

AI \& Innovation Integration

• Integrate generative AI tools into the traditional editing pipeline to accelerate content creation and versioning.
• Assist the Primary Production team in testing and deploying new AI-driven post-production software and methodologies.

Reporting lines

This role reports to the Head of Editing.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency of Premiere and After Effects.
• Experience in post-production houses, creative studios, or advertising agencies is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to adapt to new working methods \& practice technology advances.
