Position Overview

HUMAIN is seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software platforms that support the company's artificial intelligence ecosystem, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise AI solutions. This role works closely with AI researchers, machine learning engineers, product managers, data engineers, and cloud teams to develop secure, reliable, and high-performance software applications that power AI platforms, foundation models, data services, and enterprise products.

The successful candidate will contribute to building modern software systems while following established software engineering, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software applications and backend services.
• Build scalable cloud-native applications, microservices, and distributed systems that support AI platforms and enterprise solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security.
• Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Troubleshoot software defects and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Design and maintain databases, data pipelines, and distributed data processing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to software development standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software projects within agreed timelines and project objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve software quality, scalability, operational efficiency, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing software using programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency with modern development frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and API development.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and software lifecycle management.
• Understanding of software security principles, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, MLOps, data engineering, or cloud-based AI platforms is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment supporting large-scale AI and cloud technologies.

Pay: From ﷼24,000.00 per month
